With 22 years of leadership experience in the private sector and some public sector experience, Irena Richards is responsible for overseeing G. Connect and maintaining strong relationship with branded companies and EU Government Officials. Under Irena’s control G. Connect servers as an effective branch, advocate and an alliance.

In 2008, Irena launched a Public Relations and Media Group company representing the Countries of Cyprus and Bulgaria, a public relations and strategic consulting firm helping clients in their communities and internationally. Her duties included managing international cooperation and building diplomatic relations. Irena qualified and handpicked young professionals and helped in building their future as well know professionals in foreign countries. Found and  negotiated employment contracts in foreign countries for her clients. Irena also has experience in bank subsidiaries, raised capital and etc.  

Irena was a public speaker and negotiator of Public Relationship and Media Group and was featured in many local Newspaper with Vice Presidents and Presidents of Universities. Along with CEO's and VIPs and Government Coalitions Officials, Irena worked in the private sector, holding leadership roles in public policy and communications. Irena Richards also took on numerous non — profit leadership roles.

Irena Richards has acquired and obtained degrees from 3 Countries. All Colleges and Universities are among the Top Ranked in the Country of UK,Cyprus and Bulgaria and the Best Global Universities in the Country of United Kingdom. 

Irena Holds Bachelor Degree B.A. in Hospitality Management and a Professional Associate Degree in Hotel Administration with specialization in administration. Irena also holds Management Degree from School of Finance and Economics  (Previously Vocational School for Management & Foreign Languages) “Intellect” which is the largest private School in Bulgaria owned by a famous Politician. Irena was in the class of the first group that the School was built for while he was politician. As of today, both entities affiliated separately with dual degrees of certified manager and foreign languages. 

Irena was selected by the media and featured by all local News Stations (the media video footage by the TV Stations can be requested) as a successful scholar of the School of Economics and Finance who completed her education  with excellence (Managements Degree and foreign language). 

Irena also has worked on obtaining M.B.A Degree in Financial Management and Marketing in US (partially completed), speaks 4 languages: Greek, Bulgarian, Russian and English (practicing translator, tested proficiency professionally) and is a founder of a translation company. Irena served as a faculty member of a well know private University in a Foreign Country and a Sales Executive Public Relations in Chain of Hotels in a Greek Island and well — known private University in the same independent Island. Irena academic research papers in Philosophy and Physiology of Modern Firms in the area of organizational behavior and communications was published in newspapers.

As of today, Irena also started Dual Master’s Degree of Financial Controller and Law. The specialization includes legal regulations in European Union law and other, Constitutional Law, Civil Rights Law (Special Part), Criminal Law, Commercial Law. Irena's expertise is in banking, auditing, fraud prevention, and related divisions.

Irena was offered a job in the Bulgarian Parliament in United States in Washington D.C. that was suitable for official with Military background who acquired the position.
